Offering:
Case Management Financial Counseling
Mental Health Counseling Basic Needs AssistanceEligibility:
Low-income Families/Individuals
Families/individuals at risk of becoming homeless Families/Individuals with a history of homelessness
Providing these resources is crucial to the promotion of stability and independence.
HOME of SC is currently seeking families to
participate in our Neighbors In Need program, which will provide a safety net of re- sources and life skills support.
Requirements include participation in monthly case management sessions, as well as compliance with working towards obtainable goals.
