Weather Emergencies

In the event that a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, check the following websites:

Please make every effort to check the above sources, before calling the Office of Children’s Faith Formation.
 

This office will send you an email as early as possible after a determination is made that class will be canceled. Please be certain that the Office of Children’s Faith Formation is kept up to date with any changes in your email address and/or telephone/cell numbers to make reaching you possible. 

If we do not have a current telephone number or email address, we will be unable to notify you when there is a closing due to a weather emergency.

Parent Meetings: 

Parents of all second level students preparing to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Eucharist will have to attend mandatory meetings.  Dates will be provided along with your class schedule.

Parents of all 8th level students preparing to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation will be reuired to attend mandatory meetings scheduled during class times and will be provided along with the class schedule.
 

Over the course of the two semesters, preparation meetings will be held for parents of children receiving the sacraments. Parent education is an essential part of sacramental preparation. ATTENDANCE AT THESE MEETINGS IS MANDATORY AND NOT OPTIONAL.
